As an Associate, you will support analytics, data science, and technology projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Roche's global operations. You'll develop expertise in programming, business intelligence, statistical analysis, and healthcare analytics while solving real-world business problems.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in analytics and technology within the global healthcare industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build expertise in programming languages, querying tools, data management tools, and BI platforms.

- Collaborate with project teams to deliver analytics and technology solutions for global stakeholders.

- Utilize industry-standard tools to process, analyze, and manage data.

- Support Data Science projects by learning and applying statistical methodologies.

- Assist in building and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.

- Present analytical findings and business insights to stakeholders in a structured manner.

- Develop knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

- Contribute to internal initiatives and support the growth of the GATE team.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, or related specializations.

- Minimum 90% marks or 9.0/10 CGPA.

- 0–1 year of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Technology, or related fields.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills.

- Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful business insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
