Roles & Responsibilities

• Build intelligent AI agents that automate logistics and transportation workflows
• Develop multi-agent systems capable of collaborating on complex business operations
• Process customer orders from emails, PDFs, and shipping documents
• Automate order entry, shipment tracking, billing, and customer support processes
• Design AI workflows for carrier management and operational monitoring
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Develop document intelligence solutions using OCR and LLMs
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agent performance
