As a Member Technical Staff, you will contribute to the development of software engines used for RTL and gate-level power estimation. You will design scalable algorithms, optimize C++ applications, explore AI/ML-based enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-performance EDA solutions.
This role provides valuable exposure to Electronic Design Automation, Digital Design, C++, Algorithms, Semiconductor Engineering, and AI-powered software development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize C++ software applications for RTL and gate-level power estimation.
- Design, implement, and enhance new features within Siemens PowerPro products.
- Develop efficient algorithms for processing simulation waveforms and design netlists.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Explore Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques for power estimation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust software solutions.
- Participate in software design, architecture, coding, testing, and optimization.
- Analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative technical solutions.
- Maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable code.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies in EDA and semiconductor software development.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level engineers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of C++, STL, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
