𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an IAM & CyberArk Analyst, you will support identity governance, user provisioning, privileged account management, cloud access security, compliance initiatives, and access control processes. You will work with AWS IAM, CyberArk PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and other enterprise security technologies to help secure critical business systems and infrastructure.

This role provides hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity Operations, Compliance, and Enterprise Security Administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage AWS IAM users, groups, roles, and access policies.

- Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation and maintenance.

- Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across enterprise systems.

- Assist in CyberArk privileged account onboarding and management.

- Monitor password vaulting, credential rotation, and privileged sessions.

- Troubleshoot IAM and CyberArk access-related issues.

- Participate in access reviews, entitlement audits, and certification campaigns.

- Maintain identity records, user attributes, and access permissions.

- Support security compliance initiatives and access governance controls.

- Assist with vulnerability remediation and security control implementation.

- Support ServiceNow workflows for access requests and incident management.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Generate reports related to privileged access and compliance activities.

- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams.

- Communicate technical findings and security updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- 0–2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, IT Administration, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
