As a Software Engineer (NLP/Machine Learning), you will work on advanced AI systems that combine machine learning, search, retrieval, and large language models to solve real-world business problems.

You will help build intelligent workflows, evaluation systems, and AI agents while contributing to product architecture, experimentation, and engineering excellence. This role offers exposure to some of the most exciting areas in modern AI, including agentic systems, retrieval pipelines, and enterprise AI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build intelligent AI workflows and agentic pipelines that can solve complex analytical and business problems.

• Work on LLM-based applications involving document understanding, context generation, and information retrieval.

• Design and improve evaluation frameworks to measure the performance, quality, and reliability of AI systems.

• Analyze user queries and develop systems that generate accurate, context-aware responses.

• Collaborate with customers and founders to understand real-world challenges and translate them into AI solutions.

• Contribute to the development of search, retrieval, and knowledge discovery systems.

• Experiment with emerging AI techniques and help improve model performance and user experience.

• Participate in architectural decisions and influence the future engineering roadmap.

• Build scalable and reliable machine learning systems for production environments.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, NLP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

• Passion for solving challenging AI and engineering problems.

• Interest in building production-grade AI applications.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of Python and AI development workflows.
