As a Security Operations Analyst, you will monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, provide first-level incident response, and collaborate with customers to ensure timely resolution of cybersecurity events. You'll work with Microsoft security technologies, SIEM platforms, endpoint security solutions, and cloud security tools while continuously expanding your cybersecurity expertise.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to transition into cybersecurity or strengthen their experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor incoming security events, alerts, and customer requests.

- Categorize and prioritize security incidents.

- Perform initial security triage and escalate incidents when required.

- Investigate security alerts and identify potential threats.

- Communicate with customers regarding security incidents and resolutions.

- Support security event monitoring using Microsoft security technologies.

- Install and configure security software and applications.
