As an IT Administrator, you will support the organization's day-to-day IT operations by maintaining networks, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring employees have a seamless technology experience. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting network infrastructure, maintaining IT assets, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You'll work closely with employees, vendors, and leadership to deliver reliable technical support and maintain accurate IT records.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Monitor network performance and help ensure reliable LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity across the organization.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including login issues, system access, and technical assistance.
• Manage laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other IT assets while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Track software licenses and help ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for laptop warranties, repairs, and hardware replacements.
• Respond to user requests through email or helpdesk ticketing systems while meeting defined service levels.
• Prioritize incidents based on severity (P1, P2, and P3) and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of reported issues, resolutions, and recurring technical problems.
• Keep digital asset registers updated and ensure proper tagging and tracking of IT assets.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and infrastructure records.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to execute IT initiatives and operational priorities efficiently.
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or System Administration.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of software license management.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
