𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Jr. ServiceNow Developer, you will support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow applications while working with experienced engineers on enterprise IT service management solutions.

You will configure workflows, business rules, catalog items, client scripts, and user interface components, assist with platform integrations, participate in testing and debugging, and contribute to documentation and continuous platform improvements.

This role provides excellent exposure to ServiceNow development, enterprise SaaS platforms, ITSM processes, Agile development, and cloud-based business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.

- Create and maintain catalog items, workflows, and business rules.

- Configure client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.

- Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management modules.

- Maintain CMDB updates and data imports.

- Support REST API and SOAP integrations.

- Participate in software testing and debugging activities.

- Assist in code reviews and issue resolution.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms.

- Understanding of ITIL concepts.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or foundational training is an added advantage.
