Roles & Responsibilities

• Design high-accuracy prompts for reasoning, extraction, classification, and multi-step workflows
• Build robust system and user prompt architectures with safety and control mechanisms
• Optimize prompts for consistency, latency, token efficiency, and cost
• Reduce hallucinations using guardrails, verification loops, and retrieval techniques
• Run experiments to evaluate prompt performance and model behavior
• Develop prompt frameworks for multi-agent systems and AI assistants
• Collaborate with AI, ML, Product, and Engineering teams on production-grade AI solutions
• Maintain prompt libraries, documentation, evaluation reports, and experiment tracking

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Students or graduates from Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related fields
• Candidates passionate about Generative AI and emerging AI technologies
• Strong learners with a structured and experimental mindset

Skills Required

• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning
• Understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Qwen, Mistral, etc.)
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases
• Understanding of AI model evaluation and experimentation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
