As a Software Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot application and data issues, write and optimize SQL queries, analyze production incidents, perform data validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and reliable enterprise applications. The role offers excellent exposure to production support, data management, APIs, and cloud-based enterprise systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve application and data-related issues.

- Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries.

- Perform accurate data corrections with proper validation.

- Troubleshoot production issues using logs and monitoring tools.

- Analyze application workflows and perform impact analysis.

- Maintain technical documentation and update support tickets.

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams.

- Ensure end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks until resolution.

- Support system stability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

- Follow structured support processes and service quality standards.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.

- Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.

- Basic knowledge of APIs, application workflows, and data flows.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
