As a Network Engineer, you will help support and maintain production, office, and data center network environments. You will work closely with global network teams to monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, assist with network upgrades, and support critical connectivity services.

The role provides valuable exposure to enterprise networking, routing protocols, VPN technologies, market connectivity, and data center operations while working in a highly technical and performance-focused environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving connectivity issues across various environments.

• Work closely with the global networking team to maintain stable and reliable network operations.

• Provide technical support for production, office, and end-user networking environments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist with network changes, upgrades, device installations, and infrastructure modifications as business requirements evolve.

• Support network moves, additions, and configuration updates while following established operational procedures.

• Participate in market connectivity testing to ensure reliable communication with exchanges and external partners.

• Assist with telecom circuit migrations and connectivity improvements across multiple locations.

• Support data center operations, including hardware deployments, infrastructure upgrades, rack installations, and migration activities.

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams on logical and physical network changes across the global infrastructure.

• Work with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain telecom circuits and network services.

• Participate in network monitoring activities and help ensure optimal network availability and performance.

• Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and network support processes.

• Participate in on-call support rotations and assist in resolving critical network incidents when required.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

• Basic experience or academic exposure to networking technologies.

• Strong interest in network engineering and infrastructure operations.

• Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and network troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of client-server architecture and network communication principles.

• Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, or Arista EOS environments.

• Understanding of routing and switching concepts.

• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM.

• Familiarity with VPN technologies and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Understanding of network infrastructure and data center environments.

• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
