The Analytics & Innovation (AI) team works across multiple business functions to solve complex business problems using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics. The team develops enterprise-scale AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experiences, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Generative AI Intern, you will work closely with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to research, prototype, and evaluate enterprise Generative AI solutions. You'll contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent document processing, AI-powered internal tools, and model evaluation while learning industry best practices in secure AI development.

This internship provides practical exposure to Python, SQL, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, model evaluation, data analysis, and enterprise AI development in a collaborative engineering environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to build Generative AI applications.

- Assist in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered solutions.

- Support intelligent document processing and enterprise AI research initiatives.

- Write clean, secure, and maintainable Python code for AI applications.

- Perform exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) outputs for accuracy, context retention, and hallucination reduction.

- Document technical workflows, experiments, and AI methodologies.

- Present technical findings and project outcomes to engineering teams.

- Follow secure coding practices and enterprise AI safety standards.

- Continuously learn and experiment with modern AI technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in a relevant technical discipline.

- Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

- Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.

- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
