Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Track and manage KPIs related to Incidents, Service Requests, Changes, Problems, and Major Incidents
✅ Monitor SLA performance and analyze deviations with root cause identification
✅ Prepare IT Governance reports and leadership presentations using operational data and metrics
✅ Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers across Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Smart Office domains
✅ Review performance trends and coordinate corrective action plans
✅ Manage and maintain IT Service Catalog updates and governance processes
✅ Ensure Major Incidents are documented with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive measures
✅ Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Electronics & Communication
• Related Technical Disciplines

🎓 Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software, networking, or security concepts
🎓 Knowledge of SQL for generating reports and data analysis
🎓 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
🎓 Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
