As a 24/7 Support Trainee, you will become part of the IT support team responsible for monitoring applications, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise systems.

You'll collaborate with technical teams, support business operations, troubleshoot production issues, and assist in maintaining service availability across different shifts.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in technical support, application monitoring, SQL, Java, Unix, and enterprise IT operations while providing an excellent foundation for a long-term technology career.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor enterprise applications and provide first-level technical support.

- Troubleshoot application issues and assist in resolving production incidents.

- Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure system availability and business continuity.

- Work closely with senior engineers to investigate and resolve technical problems.

- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures accurately.

- Work in rotational morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts as required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of technical support and IT operations.

- Knowledge of Java, Unix, or SQL is an added advantage.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
