As a Junior Software Engineer, you will contribute to developing healthcare applications by building new features, fixing software issues, participating in Agile development, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. You'll receive mentorship from senior engineers while gaining hands-on experience with modern web technologies and scalable backend systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop new software features and enhancements.

- Fix bugs across frontend and backend applications.

- Build and maintain applications using React, TypeScript, and Elixir.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.

- Contribute to code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

- Work with GitHub and Jira to manage development tasks.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers.

- Work with PostgreSQL databases and backend services.

- Maintain clean, reusable, and high-quality code.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Internship, bootcamp, personal projects, or early professional software development experience.

- Knowledge of at least one modern web framework such as React, Next.js, Phoenix, or similar.

- Familiarity with Git version control.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
