Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Conduct fraud, spam, and abuse investigations using multiple data sources
✅ Identify product vulnerabilities and recommend anti-abuse solutions
✅ Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve safety workflows
✅ Design and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to detect abusive content
✅ Perform prompt engineering, data labeling, and model performance analysis
✅ Apply statistical methods to analyze abuse patterns and platform impact
✅ Develop automation and technological solutions to streamline operations
✅ Generate insights, quality metrics, and recommendations for global teams
✅ Contribute to new workflows and anti-abuse strategies across the platform

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience

🎓 Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Data Analysis
• Project Management
• SQL, Python, R, or C++

🎓 Preferred:
• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience with Machine Learning systems
• Experience handling large datasets and statistical analysis
