As an Associate Trainee – US IT Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting HR initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

- Screen resumes based on client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- 2025 & 2026 Graduates.

- MBA (Any Specialization), B.Tech, or MCA.

- Minimum 55% throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
